Shipping

We ship our online orders every Saturday.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and we are not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. Whatever the customer orders is what we ship. We cannot be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order. That seems fair, right? :)

Shipping is via local postal services once dispatched from the origin, and hence shipping times can vary seasonally.

Customers can choose their preferred shipping option during checkout
> We use Canada Post for shipping and they provide various shipping services. Prices and shipping time estimates are displayed during checkout when choosing your preferred shipping option.

    We cannot be held responsible for any package that does not make it through the local customs and is destroyed due to the item being illegal in the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. We can also not be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customers sole responsibility to pay this fee, if any. Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process.

    All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. We cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case. If a delivery fails for any reason and the address sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer, we cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us.

    All non-receipt of orders must be reported within 2 months from the date we ship the item to you.

    Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes we do.

    What about customs?

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

     

    Do you provide tracking information?

    Most customers will receive tracking information, although some countries outside North America may not receive tracking information from some of our suppliers. For the vast majority of our customers, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. You will also receive further shipment updates via email if need be: But in some cases tracking may not be available and we will work with you to ensure that your purchase reaches you or fully refund the total amount of your order if it hasn't reached you by a maximum of 60 days.

    If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly in order to investigate this issue. We will not be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.

    My tracking says “no information available at the moment”, what does that mean?

    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

     

    Modifying The Order

    Once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Returns policy comes into effect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly.
